# Claim an onboarding

> Saves the email the person will sign up with, and answers the link where they claim the agent. Claiming itself takes the person: on `claim_url` they sign up or sign in and press Claim. Someone new gets the trial's workspace as it is; someone with a workspace gets the agent copied into it. A claimed agent is on the Free plan; the person upgrades later under Billing. The trial's key stops working once it is claimed.
