The deal, in plain words.

You run an AI agent on your customers. We keep it running and bill you for what it handles. Everything else is detail.

The agreement

These terms are between WireDesk and the person or company that opens an account. Creating an account accepts them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you are saying you may bind it.

What we provide

An AI agent that answers on your website, your phone number, and your email address, grounded in the content you give it, with the ability to hand a live conversation to you. We provide it as it is today. We will not silently remove a channel you depend on without telling you first.

What you are responsible for

  • The accuracy of what you train the agent on. It answers from your content; wrong content produces wrong answers.
  • Having the right to use that content, and the right to publish the phone number you attach.
  • Telling your customers they are talking to an AI agent where the law where you operate requires it.
  • Keeping your account credentials to yourself. Anyone with your session can configure your agents.
  • Not using this to send unsolicited calls or messages, to impersonate someone, or for anything illegal where you or your customers are.

The agent is grounded in your knowledge base and declines to guess, but it is a language model. It can still be wrong. Do not put it in front of a decision — medical, legal, financial, safety — where being wrong is not recoverable.

Your content stays yours

Your knowledge base, your conversations, and your customers' data belong to you. You give us permission to process them to run the service, and nothing more. We do not use them to train models or to improve anyone else's agent — see the privacy page for who touches what.

Billing

Usage pricing, billed monthly in arrears: $0.02 per answered chat message or email, $0.20 per started voice minute. No seats and no minimum. Rates are on the pricing page and we will give you notice before changing them.

Every workspace has a monthly spend cap — $50 by default, yours to change. When the cap is reached the agent stops answering billable conversations until you raise it or the month rolls over. It is a hard stop, not a warning: you cannot be surprised by a bill larger than the cap you set.

Phone numbers carry a monthly cost from the carrier while they are attached. Release a number you are not using.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing portal; you pay for the usage up to that point and nothing after. Deleting your account releases your numbers, cancels the subscription, and removes your data. We may suspend or close an account that is being used for the things listed above, and we will tell you why.

Uptime and liability

We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee today, and we would rather say so than print a number we have not earned. If you need one, talk to us before you build on this.

To the extent the law allows: the service is provided as-is, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the three months before it arose. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we will say so on this page, date it, and email account owners. Continuing to use the service after that accepts the change. Questions go through the contact form.
