Where everything is on an agent

Every agent has 7 pages, in the row under its name: Overview, Knowledge, How it talks, Actions, Channels, Playground, Install. Each setting lives on exactly one of them. The quickest way to any of them is ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) while you are looking at the agent: type what you want to change — “voice”, “hours”, “colour” — and it opens the right page with the field highlighted. The overview lists what is inside every page, and the foot of each page says where the things people look for there actually are.

Related questions

The voice only exists on phone calls, so it lives with the phone — Channels › Phone — next to the transfer number and the AI-and-recording notice. How it talks holds what applies on every channel: the name, the greeting and the instructions.
