WireDesk vs Freshdesk Freddy AI: An Honest Comparison
Freddy AI Agent is the natural choice if you run Freshdesk and your AI volume is chat and email: it comes with the helpdesk, the first 500 sessions are included, and more are sold in packs. Freshdesk's pricing page does not list voice for Freddy. WireDesk is the agent to add if your phone line matters: one agent answering website chat, a phone line and email, billed per reply and per minute, that opens a Freshdesk ticket with the transcript when your team needs to take over.
Freshdesk's published plans are $19, $55 and $89 per agent a month on annual billing. Freddy AI Agent includes the first 500 sessions, then sells them at $49 per 100, and Freddy Copilot for agents is $29 per agent a month. The pricing page describes Freddy on chat and email; it does not mention voice.
WireDesk is not a helpdesk. It answers first, on three channels, from your own website and documents, and hands over by transfer on calls, by a person joining in chat, or by a ticket in Freshdesk. It is billed for the work it does, $0.02 per agent reply and $0.20 per started voice minute, with no seats and a hard monthly cap.
