PDF to FAQ Generator for PDF and Word Files
Upload a PDF or Word file — a manual, a policy, a warranty, up to 10 MB — and get a FAQ drafted from it. Converted to Markdown, read once by a model, nothing invented.
The facts a support team needs most are often in a file, not on a page. The warranty terms are a PDF from legal. The setup guide is a Word document product wrote for the sales team. The returns process for one region lives in a policy doc on a shared drive. Customers can't search any of it, agents forget which folder it is in, and the questions come in anyway.
This tool turns one of those files into a FAQ. Upload a PDF, .docx or .doc up to 10 MB. It is converted to Markdown first, so headings, lists and tables come through as structure, and a model then reads the Markdown once and drafts the questions and answers — from the document only, nothing invented. The file is not kept; the result is cached briefly and then discarded. Read the draft against the document before you publish it.
This ran once, on one input. The product runs on your whole site, every conversation.

Q: How long is the warranty? A: 24 months from the date of purchase for the unit, and 6 months for the battery and accessories. Q: What does it cover? A: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage from drops, liquid, unauthorized repair, or use with a non-approved charger. Q: Do I need the receipt to make a claim? A: Yes. Proof of purchase showing the date and the retailer is required. A registered serial number is accepted in its place. Q: How do I make a claim? A: Contact support with the serial number and a description of the fault. If the unit needs to be returned, a prepaid label is sent by email within 2 business days. Q: Is the warranty transferable? A: No. It applies to the original purchaser only.
What each input means

Upload a PDF or Word file
PDF, .docx or .doc, up to 10 MB. A product manual, warranty terms, a policy document, the onboarding guide that never made it to the help center. The file needs real text in it: a PDF that is only scanned images of pages converts to very little.
- 02
What happens
The file is converted to Markdown, which keeps the headings, numbered steps and tables that a flat text dump loses. The model reads that Markdown once and drafts a question for each thing the document settles, answering in the document's own terms. Nothing outside the file is used.

What to do with the result
Cut the weak questions and check each answer against the document — page numbers help here. Publish it as a help center article or a FAQ section. If you want the markup too, paste the pairs into the FAQ schema generator on the way.
Questions about this tool
No. It drafts from the converted document only; a limit, a date or a step the file doesn't contain shouldn't appear in the FAQ. Conversion is imperfect — a complex table can come through jumbled, and a model can misread one — so read every answer against the document before it goes on a page. For a long file, keep the page numbers handy.
PDF to Markdown
See the Markdown the model reads, and fix the source before you draft again.
