Website FAQ Generator From Up to Five Pages

Paste up to five pages — pricing, policies, getting started — and get one FAQ drafted from what they say. Fetched by our crawler, read once by a model, nothing invented.

Your website already answers most of what the queue asks. The trouble is that the answers are spread across a pricing page, a shipping policy, a terms page and a getting-started guide, and nobody on the team has a free afternoon to pull them into one FAQ. So the FAQ page is three years old, the agents answer from memory, and two of them answer differently.

This tool reads the pages and drafts the FAQ. Paste up to five URLs. WireDesk's own crawler fetches each page and strips it to readable text, then a model reads the set together and writes questions and answers using only what those pages say — nothing invented, no facts from anywhere else. The pages are fetched once and the result is cached briefly, then gone. It is a draft: read it against the pages before you publish it.

This ran once, on one input. The product runs on your whole site, every conversation.

Q: What does the free plan include?
A: One workspace, up to 3 users and 500 tracked events a month. There is no time limit on it.

Q: What happens when we go over 500 events?
A: Tracking pauses until the next billing month, or until you move to a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.

Q: Can we pay annually?
A: Yes. Annual billing is available on the Team and Business plans at a 15% discount, invoiced up front.

Q: How do I invite a teammate?
A: Settings, then Team, then Invite. Only workspace admins can send invites, and an invite expires after 7 days.

Q: Can I change plans mid-month?
A: Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing month.
How to read it

What each input means

  1. 01

    Which pages to paste

The pages customers ask about: pricing, shipping and returns, terms, the getting-started guide, one product page. Up to five. Choose pages with facts on them; a homepage of headlines gives the model very little to answer with.

  2. 02

    What happens

The crawler fetches each URL and strips it to text. A model reads all of the pages together, so a question that spans two of them — what the trial includes and what it costs afterwards — gets one answer. It reads the pages you paste, not the rest of the site.

  3. 03

What to do with the result

Edit it: cut the weak questions, fix the tone, check each answer against its page. Publish it as a FAQ page or as help center articles. Then paste the pairs into the FAQ schema generator to get FAQPage JSON-LD for the page.

FAQ

Questions about this tool

No. The model is instructed to draft from the fetched pages only. If a page doesn't say what the refund window is, the FAQ won't either — it leaves that question out rather than guess. Models still misread a table or a footnote, so read the draft against the source pages before it goes live. That is a few minutes; the alternative is a FAQ nobody has updated since launch.
