Ticket Summary Generator
Paste a support ticket or email thread and get a summary with the next action, a handoff note for a colleague, or a one-line subject — drafted by a model in seconds.
A ticket that has been open a week has eleven messages, three agents and one customer who has explained the problem twice. The next agent to touch it reads the whole thread or guesses. Escalations, shift handovers and the Monday queue review all depend on somebody having done the reading, and the reading is what nobody has time for. So the customer explains it a third time.
This tool reads the thread and writes the part you needed. Paste the ticket, newest message last, and pick what you want: a summary with the next action, a handoff note a colleague can act on without reading further, or a one-line subject for the ticket title. A model reads the thread once and writes the summary; nothing is stored beyond a short cache of the result. Check the summary against the thread before you act on it — a model can miss a message.
This ran once, on one input. The product runs on your whole site, every conversation.
Summarize only the ones that need a person — start freeExample: summary and next action for a three-message thread
Summary Dana (Acme Ltd, Team plan) reported on 8 Sep that two seats added on 5 Sep are not showing in her workspace, though the invoice includes them. Priya (support) confirmed the charge on 8 Sep and asked for the invitees' email addresses; Dana replied on 9 Sep with both addresses and said one of the two has since received an invite, the other has not. Customer is patient but has mentioned this is blocking a new starter on Monday. Status Partly resolved. One invite delivered, one missing. Cause not yet identified — likely a bounced invite or a typo in the second address. Next action Priya to check the invite log for the second address, resend or correct it, and confirm to Dana by end of day 9 Sep. If the log shows a bounce, ask Dana to confirm the spelling. Suggested subject: Second seat invite not delivered — Acme, Team plan
What each input means
- 01
The ticket or email thread
The whole thread, in order, newest message last, with the sender on each message — "Customer:" and "Agent:" is enough. Internal notes can go in too; mark them. Strip anything you would not paste into a third-party tool. Up to about 12,000 characters.

Output
Summary and next action gives the situation in a few lines and the one thing to do next. Handoff note is written for a colleague picking it up cold: what was promised, what is pending, the customer's mood. One-line subject rewrites the ticket title so the queue is scannable.
Questions about this tool
Who the customer is and what they wanted, what has been done and by whom, what is still open, and the next action with an owner and a date. Five lines. A good test: could a colleague who has never seen the thread reply to the customer from the summary alone. If not, it is missing a fact.
