Create an account
Go to Sign up, enter your Name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters, and select Create account. Or use one of the social buttons. No credit card is needed. A new account goes straight to building its first agent. If you arrived from an invitation, you go back to the invitation instead. See team and roles.Sign in
On Sign in, enter your Email and Password and select Continue, or use a social button. You land on the dashboard. You stay signed in for seven days. The period is extended while you keep using the app, so an account in daily use is not signed out every week. To sign out, open the menu under your name at the foot of the sidebar and choose Sign out.Confirming your email
When you sign up with email and password, WireDesk sends a Confirm your email address message. The link lasts 24 hours and signs you in when you open it. You do not have to confirm before you start. Sign-in is not blocked on it, so you can build and test an agent first.Forgot your password

Ask for a link
On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?, enter your email and select Send the link. For privacy, the next screen looks the same whether or not the address has an account.

Open the email
The Reset your password email has a Choose a new password button. The link works once and expires in an hour.

Set the new password
Enter it twice, at least 8 characters, and select Set the new password. Then sign in with it.
